What Is Included in Your Written Estimate

After we walk through your space, we put together a written estimate that spells out exactly what you are agreeing to. It is not a one-line number. Here is what it covers:

• Scope of work — which surfaces we are tiling, what demo or prep work is included, and what falls outside this job.
• Materials breakdown — what we are supplying versus what you are supplying, including tile, grout, mortar, and waterproofing membrane if applicable.
• Labor description — the installation method, any pattern layout notes, and grout joint size we discussed.
• Timeline — expected start date and approximate duration based on the scope.
• Total cost — a clear number with no hidden fees. If something changes mid-job, we discuss it before doing the work.

We email or text the estimate to you within one business day of the walkthrough. You can ask questions before signing. Nothing starts until you are comfortable with what is on paper.
